Three situations are treated differently.
Planned non-teaching periods
Christmas, Spring and Summer closures are already built into the published teaching calendar.
Record it in the Student Portal
Student non-attendance does not automatically create a credit, refund or replacement lesson. Use Current Students for reporting and make-up guidance.
Separate provisions apply
Replacement, credit, refund or carry-forward arrangements are governed by the Terms & Conditions.
