Payment & Teaching Blocks
How lesson fees are paid
Regular weekly lesson places run through the published Teaching Block calendar. Lesson fees are payable in advance, and payment confirms the student’s place for the relevant Teaching Block.
Published school-year structure
From Monday 10 August 2026, regular tuition follows GSofM’s annual Teaching Block calendar, with planned closure periods built into the year.
Payment is due in advance
Invoices are issued before each Teaching Block. Payment, or an approved written payment arrangement, must be in place by the stated deadline.
By written request only
A two-instalment arrangement may be available before the payment deadline and may include a £10 administration fee for manually managed plans.
Fortnightly Lessons
Fortnightly lessons are by agreement only
Weekly lessons are the standard format at GSofM. Fortnightly, occasional flexible or alternate-week lessons are not guaranteed and may be offered only at the school’s discretion.
Where a fortnightly arrangement is approved, the rate is the standard lesson fee plus 20%. The rates shown here use the confirmed standard prices from Monday 10 August 2026.
