New Teaching Blocks from August 2026

From Monday 10 August 2026, lessons at The Glasgow School of Music will move to a new annual teaching calendar based around four annual Teaching Blocks — our teaching terms — aligned more closely with the Scottish school year.

Alongside this, we are introducing updated lesson fees and a revised annual invoicing schedule aligned with the new Teaching Blocks.

Existing students will continue to attend lessons on their current day and at their current time.
