Open the GSofM Student Portal using the family account.
-
02

-
04
Cancel & add a note
Choose Cancel for that individual lesson, add a short note for the school and tutor, then confirm the absence. This records non-attendance for that lesson only; it does not end ongoing tuition or change the regular timetable.
The weekly lesson place remains reserved
A student absence is not automatically credited, refunded or rescheduled.
Separate provisions apply
Replacement, credit, refund or carry-forward arrangements are governed by the Terms & Conditions.
Planned non-teaching periods
Christmas, Spring and Summer closures are shown in the Parent Information Centre and published annual calendar.
Payments & Accounts
Keep account actions simple.
Check the family account first
Review the invoice and available account information in the Student Portal. If an entry appears incorrect, contact administration with the relevant student and invoice details.
