Request an Instrument Rental

Live stock is already connected to My GSofM. Send the request to move from availability to approval and reservation.

Your selected instrument is carried from the rental page. Add the renter and learner details; My GSofM records the request immediately and, when approved, reserves a specific physical instrument.

  • No payment until approval
  • Approval reserves a specific asset
  • Live stock from My GSofM
  • Secure agreement before collection
  • Fixed 3-month rental term

Before You Submit

This form starts the process. It does not confirm the rental.

Submitting a request does not itself approve a rental. Once GSofM approves it, a specific available asset is reserved immediately and the secure agreement, payment and collection steps follow.
