Before You Submit

Please provide as much information as possible so we can assess the request accurately and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
What We Need
The more accurate the enquiry, the faster we can assess it.
Useful information helps GSofM confirm whether the right instrument is available and which rental rate applies.
What is required?
Tell us the instrument and any known size or type, particularly for violin and cello.
Who will use it?
Age and learner context can be relevant where physical fit, size or beginner suitability needs to be considered.
GSofM student or standard rental?
Current GSofM students receive the reduced rental rate while actively enrolled, subject to stock and approval.
How should we respond?
Provide accurate contact details so we can send the approved rental information or explain if stock is unavailable.
