She then went on to complete the Opera Course at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, followed by a year at the National Opera Studio. Shortly afterwards Sarah was invited to join Scottish Opera as an Emerging Artist and since then she has made Glasgow her home.

Sarah has appeared in productions for Welsh National Opera, Buxton Opera Festival, Wexford Festival Opera and Irish National Opera and made her debut for Scottish Opera in the title role of Handel’s Rodelinda. Since 2013 Sarah has worked regularly with Scottish Opera’s Education Department and the Scottish Opera Young Company, a group of highly-talented young performers between the ages of 16 and 21. She has appeared in five full-scale opera productions with the Young Company and given coachings in Scotland and at The Tanglin Trust School in Singapore. She has also participated in education workshops with Clonter Opera, Cheshire and at the National Concert Hall, Dublin.

She can help you to improve your breathing, posture, confidence, musicianship and repertoire, all in a friendly, fun and relaxed environment. She is also happy to enter students for graded exams if desired.
